The participation fee includes:

🪑 One rectangular table
🧻 A table cover
🪑 Two chairs

Set-Up Timings:

Market Timings:
🛍️ 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

⚠️ IMPORTANT RULES & RESTRICTIONS ⚠️

STRICTLY SECOND-HAND ONLY!
🔴 Only second-hand goods are permitted at Reef Mall Flea Market. Selling new items will result in immediate stall closure—no exceptions and no refund.
🔴 To give everyone a fair chance to participate, each person is only allowed to book only one table.

Clothes Rails:
📏 Rails must be no longer than 100 cm and no taller than 160 cm (single bar only).
⚖️ One rail per side of the table.

Stall Set-Up:
🚶‍♀️ 50 cm area allowed in front, right, and left of your table.

🚫 ❌ STRICT BAN ALERT – DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!

🆕 NO new items, NO Amazon return or Trading Products
💸 NO fake products
🩱 NO lingerie, NO Religious symbols
💄 NO cosmetics, skincare, or perfumes, pills, supplements 
🌾 NO agricultural goods or food
🚬 NO vapes or tobacco

💍 Jewelry
Only personally used jewelry or handcrafted jewelry may be sold. A clearly visible signboard must be placed on the table stating, “Used Jewelry” or “Handcrafted Jewelry.”

⌚ Watches
New watches are strictly prohibited. Only personally used watches may be sold. A clearly visible signboard stating “Used Watches” must be displayed on the table.

⚠️ If a vendor is found selling any of the above-mentioned goods, their stand will be closed immediately without a refund💥

🔄 CANCELLATION POLICY 🔄

No-shows cannot be refunded or moved to another date.
📅 Cancellations accepted 48 hours before the event for a refund minus 15 AED.
⏳ Last-minute cancellations are not accepted.

🛠️ DISPLAY GUIDELINES 🛠️

✅ Acceptable displays include clothes rails, hard-covered containers, plastic boxes, or baskets.
❌ No luggage or cartons as displays—please keep it neat!
🧹 Set-up must be tidy—please ensure all items are organized and visually appealing.

Vendor Parking & Setup Instructions:

🅿️ Park in Vendor Parking at Basement 1.
⬆️ Take the SERVICE escalator to the first or second floor.
🏃‍♂️ Head directly to your pre-registered table, where a sticker with your table number will be waiting.
❗ No need to stop by the registration desk.
