The participation fee includes:

🪑 One rectangular table
🧻 A table cover
🪑 Two chairs

⚠️ IMPORTANT RULES & RESTRICTIONS ⚠️

STRICTLY SECOND-HAND ONLY!
🔴 Only second-hand goods are permitted at Dubai Flea Market. Selling new items will result in immediate stall closure—no exceptions and no refund.
🔴 To give everyone a fair chance to participate, each person is only allowed to book only one table.

Clothes Rails:
📏 Rails must be no longer than 100 cm and no taller than 160 cm (single bar only).
⚖️ One rail per side of the table.

Stall Set-Up:
🚶‍♀️ 50 cm area allowed in front, right, and left of your table.

❌ STRICT BAN ALERT – DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!

🆕 NO new items, NO Trading products
💸 NO fake products
🩱 NO Amazon returns
💄 NO cosmetics, skincare, or perfumes, oils
🌾 NO agricultural goods or food, NO supplements, NO pills
🚬 NO vapes or tobacco

💍 JEWELRY
Only personally used or handcrafted jewelry is allowed. New, commercially sourced, or resold jewelry is strictly prohibited.
A small signboard must be displayed on the table stating “Used Jewelry” or “Handcrafted Jewelry.”

⌚ WATCHES
Only personally used watches are allowed. New watches are strictly prohibited.
A small signboard must be displayed on the table stating “Used Watches.”

⚠️ Caught breaking the rules? Your stand will be shut down on the spot – with no refund. Let’s keep the vibe honest and amazing for everyone! 💥

🔄 CANCELLATION POLICY 🔄

No-shows cannot be refunded or moved to another date.
📅 Cancellations accepted 48 hours before the event for a refund minus 15 AED.
⏳ Last-minute cancellations are not accepted.

🛠️ DISPLAY GUIDELINES 🛠️

✅ Acceptable displays include clothes rails, hard-covered containers, plastic boxes, or baskets.
❌ No luggage or cartons as displays—please keep it neat!
🧹 Set-up must be tidy—please ensure all items are organized and visually appealing.

🚗 Arriving at the Mall: 🚗

Vendor Parking & Setup Instructions:

✅ Arrival
Once you arrive at Festival Plaza, you may choose any parking area you prefer and then walk towards our Flea Market setup near the Food Court on Level 1.

However, we recommend using the LuLu Parking on Level 1, as there is a convenient drop-off area very close to the entrance where the Flea Market tables are located.
You can unload your items there, bring them directly to your table, and then move your car one level up for parking.

This is our recommended option for the easiest and fastest setup, but you are of course free to use any other parking area inside Festival Plaza.

🔖 Table Allocation
Each table is clearly marked with a sticker showing your pre-booked stall number, making it easy for you to locate your spot.
