HOW TO REGISTER

  1. Please fill out the online registration and proceed with the payment through PayTabs.
  2. After submitting the payment, you will receive a booking confirmation via email.
  3. Keep the 5-digit booking reference number with you once you arrive at the registration desk.

at THE B1

If the vendor does not accept to sign the consent form, the participation cannot be accepted by the organizer and the booked and paid stall cannot be refunded or shifted by the organizer.

1 table / 2 chairs / table cover / gazebo – outdoor markets only
Set up space – 50cm to the front of your table, 50cm tot he right and to the left side of your table ONLY.

PAYMENTS

VAT is a consumption tax that the end user is obligated to pay and the Organizer will be only acting as a collection agent on behalf of the taxation authority. The Organizer is legally obliged to comply with this Government mandate from 1st January 2018. To participate at Dubai Flea Market it is mandatory to reserve and pay for a stall online to ensure a stall.  Once the booking is confirmed and paid, the vendor must attend the Flea Market or in case of CANCELLATION MUST inform the organizer 48h prior the Flea Market date to be able to receive a refund of 290Dhs ONLY, or to utilize the option of shifting to another date. NON Shows will not be accepted to be shifted or refunded.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

All cancellations must be made in writing via info@greenspotentertainment.com or via WhatsAPP 0567882348.  The organizer will not accept any verbal cancellations or NON shows to be shifted or refunded.

  • Cancellations can only be made 48h prior to the Flea Market date, and a credit note will be issued to the vendor’s for any upcoming Flea Market or a refund can be requested minus 15 AED refund charge of the total participation fee incl. VAT.
  • In case of the vendor requires a refund request – it will take up to 5-7 working days.
  • Cancellations will be awarded in credit notes and can only be used at another Flea Market.
  • Any short notice cancellation within 48h prior the Flea Market date will not be accepted and it is non-refundable.
  • Credit Notes can only be used at future Flea Markets subject to availability.
  • NON SHOW will not be shifted or refunded.

Cancellation policy only applies to weekly bookings, no cancellations, credit notes or date changes can be given to monthly.

ONLY SECOND HAND ITEMS ARE ALLOWED TO BE SOLD AT REEF MALL AND AT THE B1.

NO CARTONS OR LUGGAGES ARE ALLOWED FOR DISPLAY ONLY PLASTIC BOXES AT OUR INDOOR MARKETS!

SET UP RULES/REGULATIONS:

  1. IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO PLACE ITEMS DIRECTLY ON THE FLOOR, OR INSIDE LUGGAGES, BAGS, CARTONS & RUGS. ALL ITEMS HAS TO BE PLACED INSIDE HARD COVERED PLASTIC BOXES.
  2. PILING UP CLOTHES IS NOT ALLOWED.
  3. KEEP YOUR STAND ORGANIZED AND CLEAN AT ALL TIMES.
  4. TWO CLOTHES RAILS ARE ALLOWED ONE ON THE LEFT AND ONE ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE TABLE – SINGLE BAR ONLY, MAX LENGTH 180cm MAX HEIGHT 160cm.
  5. ALL GARBAGE, BOXES AND LEFTOVERS HAS TO BE TAKEN HOME, NO TRASH IS ALLOWED TO BE LEFT ON THE STAND.
  6. NO LINGERIE  IS ALLOWED TO BE SOLD NOR FAKE ITEMS
  7. FOOD ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED TO BE SOLD WITHOUT A SPECIAL PERMIT FROM THE ORGANIZER
  8. COSMETIC PRODUCTS AND PARFUMES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE SOLD
  9. AGRICULTURAL GOODS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE SOLD
  10. RELIGIOUS SYMBOLS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THE FLEA MARKETS HOSTED AT DUBAI PUBLIC PARKS

WEATHER CONDITIONS & FORCE MAJEURE

BRANDING

No flags or roll-ups are allowed at any of the Flea Markets. No promotional activities are allowed to be conducted at the Flea Markets.
In case of any promotional activities planned, kindly contact the organizer for approval procedure.

DISCLAIMER:

The Organizer is not liable or responsible for any of the following circumstances:

  • The Market Vendor is, and Organizer shall not be, responsible for the damage or loss of any of the Market Vendor’s items.
  • The Organizer is not liable for any losses, damages, or injury to the Market Vendor or its employees, consultants, contractors, visitors, or customers during the partnership period or after extended.
  • The Organizer shall have security presence for the venue; however, the Flea Market Vendor is responsible for securing their area daily.
  • The Organizer advises and is not responsible for the Flea Market Vendor to ensure that it takes out and maintains insurance to cover its losses or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the Event.
    • Insurance of its property.
    • Liability for injury sustained by its employees or third parties.
    • Liability for loss, destruction, or damage to property of the venue, the other party, and any third party.
    • Insurance against losses arising out of the cancellation of the Event due to causes beyond its control.
  • This agreement does not establish an exclusive arrangement between the Vendor and the Organizer, which shall not be limited in acquiring partnerships from other sources for the Event.
  • No counterfeit products can be sold under this agreement.
  • No items can be kept outside the allocated area or stored outside the allocated area at any time. The Flea Market Vendor gives the Organizer permission to remove or dispose of any items outside this area at any time.
  • At the end of the Market, the Vendor must remove all items from the event. Should the Vendor not remove their items, the Vendor agrees and permits the Organizer to remove and dispose of these items on their behalf and charge any costs.
  • The Market Vendor must follow merchandising feedback from the Organizer and ensure they are acting in the best interests of the Organizer and the Event.
  • The Vendor is responsible for keeping their area restocked, well presented, and clean at all times.
  • The Vendor must act in the best interest of the First Party at all times. If this is not adhered to, the Organizer has the right to remove the Vendor’s products/items and terminate the agreement without refund or compensation until the situation is resolved.
  • The Vendor is responsible for any accidents or injuries to any Flea Market vendors or customers from products they buy, touch, trial, or interact with while at the Flea Market.
  • The Vendor must operate their business in adherence to UAE Laws, including Trade Licenses, Health Cards, Insurances, and Permits.
  • The responsibility lies with each Food Vendor to obtain all required permits and documentation for participation in the markets. The Organizer can provide required NOCs to support each Food Vendor’s application.
  • The Vendor must avoid offending any visitors at the event due to inappropriate behavior or dress code.
  • The Vendor is responsible for any members of employees or third-party consultants representing member companies.
  • Should a Vendor take legal action against the Organizer or its Partners, the Vendor agrees to pay for all legal fees to review the case.
  • The Organizer is not responsible or accountable for the rejection by Municipality Food Control of a Temporary Food Permit after booking has been confirmed on-site, following an inspection by relevant Food Control authorities, due to the failure of a Food Vendor to comply with Food Control Regulations.
  • All vendors, including food retail, live cooking, and food trucks, must have at least two items on their menu priced under AED 25. They are only allowed to serve healthy food (e.g., Vegan, Organic, Gluten-Free, etc.).
  • The Organizer reserves the right to use vendor participants' full names, photos, or other representations of the event without requiring permission from the subjects.
  • By registering as a Vendor, you consent to your details being added to the Organizer’s database and receiving information via newsletters or direct messages regarding vendor promotions.
  • If any Market Vendor is not acting in the best interest of the event, the Organizer has the authority to ask the Vendor to leave without providing a refund.
  • Any Vendor who damages or destroys Market property will be charged and held liable for covering all costs to rectify the damage.
  • No outside food or beverage can be brought into or consumed at the Flea Market. All food and beverages must be purchased from one of the participating Market Vendors or from the mall’s food court.
  • No third-party advertising can be conducted during the Flea Market. Anyone found doing so will be asked to leave.
  • All Market Vendors must adhere to third-party sponsorship requirements when announced.
  • The Market Vendor is responsible for all direct and indirect costs associated with the setup and operation of their space and must follow all rules and regulations set by the Organizer and the venue.
  • By entering the market, you consent to being recorded by photography, audio, and video, and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of such recordings.
  • By signing up for a market, you agree to participate for the full duration of the Flea Market. Failure to do so may result in refusal of future participation and a penalty fee of AED 500.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to amend its terms & conditions at any time.

1. Event Definition & Goods Sold / Restrictions

Dubai Flea Market is a second-hand market where private individuals (non-commercial sellers) can sell and buy used items such as:
🏠 Household items, home appliances, furniture, Textiles, ceramics, electrical equipmentToys, games, books, DVDs, Clothes, antiques, accessories, Handcraft items

Prohibited Items:

  • ❌ Food items and beverages (without a special permit from the organizer)
  • ❌ Fake or commercial items, trading products, Amazon returns
  • ❌ Plants, commercial perfumes / cosmetics / oils, pills, supplements, Skincare, Vapes
  • ❌ Lingerie and Religious Symbols (especially in public parks)

⚠ Violations: Vendors selling prohibited items will have their stall shut down immediately without a refund. Fines and legal actions may apply.

Item Display Rules:

  • ✅ All items must be placed in hard-covered plastic boxes or neat-looking displays
  • ✅ Cartons allowed ONLY at outdoor markets (not indoors)
  • ✅ No selling directly on the floor or out of bags
  • ✅ Clothing must not be piled up on tables or in containers

Clothes Rack Rules:

  1. – Indoors: Max. 100 cm length / 160 cm height (single bar, one per side)
  2. – Outdoors: Max. 180 cm length / 160 cm height (single bar, one per side)
  3. 🚫 No extensions allowed

2. Participation Requirements

How to Register:

  1. ✅ Register online at www.dubai-fleamarket.com
  2. ✅ Select your desired market & click “Book a stall”
  3. ✅ Complete the payment via credit/debit card
  4. ✅ Receive a booking confirmation email

💳 Payment Requirement: All vendors must register and pay upfront to secure a stall.

Transportation:

Trolleys recommended for easy transport
Paid trolley service available at most markets

Selling Rules:

Minimum of two sellers per stand (recommended for security and convenience)
Be cautious of thieves – keep valuables with you at all times
Do not leave personal belongings on the table

3. Stand Sizes & Regulations

Stand Package – 295 Dhs + VAT

  • One rectangular table
  • A table cover
  • Two chairs
  • A gazebo (for sunshade or lighting at night markets)

Stand Space:

  • Outdoors: 0.50m space on each side & 1m in front for display
  • Indoors: Only 50cm space in front, to the left and right

💳 Payment Requirement: All vendors must register and pay upfront to secure a stall.

Display Restrictions:

  • ✅ Clothing racks (Max. 2 per table, each side one – outdoors length 180cm, indoors length 100cm)
  • ✅ Plastic boxes and neat-looking displays & rails allowed indoors as well as outdoors
  • ✅ Luggages are not allowed for display purposes
  • 🚫 No direct floor display (DHA hygiene regulations)
  • 🚫 No overloading tables, No piling of items

Flea Market Guards:

  • 👮 Market guards will monitor stall compliance.
  • 🚫 Non-compliant vendors will be shut down and escorted out – no refunds.

4. Registration & Set Up

Registration Desk:

📍 Located at the entrance of each venue

💳 Payment Requirement: All vendors must register and pay upfront to secure a stall.

What to Do Upon Arrival:

  • Park your car
  • Check in at the registration desk with your 5-digit booking reference number
  • Receive a table number sticker & enter the venue to choose your table
  • Attach the table sticker to your table to be marked as reserved & begin setup

5. Vendor Stand Responsibilities

Set Up & Seller Timings:

  • 🕘 Set up: Arrive on time to be ready before opening
  • 🕕 Closing: Pack up immediately at closing time

Maintaining Your Stand:

  • ✅ Keep your stall tidy and organized
  • ✅ No garbage or bags on the floor – store them under the table
  • ✅ Dispose of waste properly (vendors must clean their own space)
  • ✅ Keep empty boxes in your car after setup

Cleanliness of Table:

  • ✅ Keep your table clean and well-organized throughout the event.
  • ✅ No piling of items – everything should be neatly arranged at all times.
  • ✅ Use proper display methods (racks, boxes, or containers) to maintain a tidy setup.
  • 🚫 Messy or cluttered tables will not be allowed.

Clean-Up & Departure

  • Take all your garbage and boxes with you. The venue management and the organizer are not responsible for leftovers.
  • When leaving, make sure to take your table registration paper to avoid someone else taking over your empty stand.

📌 IMPORTANT: Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean.
Failure to comply may result in a fine & being banned from future markets.

6. Security & Theft Awareness

  • ⚠ WARNING: Groups of professional thieves have been known to target markets.
  • ✅ Keep valuables (wallet, phone, bag) with you at all times
  • ✅ Do not sell alone – have at least two people at your stand
  • ✅ Stay alert! Report suspicious behavior to the organizer

7. Gazebo & Shade Policy

  • ☀ Gazebos provided for sunshade, but full shade is not guaranteed since the sun is moving.
  • 💨 If weather conditions are bad, gazebos may be removed for safety.
  • 🚫 Using the gazebo to hang items is strictly prohibited.

8. General Agreement & Liability

  • ✅ By registering, vendors agree to abide by all rules & regulations.
  • ✅ No refunds for event cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
