ONLY HARD-COVERED BOXES, CRATES OR BASKETS ARE ALLOWED FOR DISPLAY.
❌ Selling directly out of bags, plastic bags, suitcases or luggage is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
All items must be presented in a clean, tidy and organized manner using suitable hard-sided containers or baskets.
Please prepare your display accordingly before arriving at the venue.

Only personally used jewelry or handcrafted jewelry may be sold. A clearly visible signboard must be placed on the table stating, “Used Jewelry” or “Handcrafted Jewelry.”

New watches are strictly prohibited. Only personally used watches may be sold. A clearly visible signboard stating “Used Watches” must be displayed on the table.

📌 IMPORTANT CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations are only accepted up to 48 hours before the Flea Market date.
- Vendors can choose a refund minus 15 AED or the option to shift to an upcoming Flea Market.
- No-shows will not be refunded.
- Last-minute cancellations will not be accepted.
📍 REGISTRATION DESK AND UNLOADING ZONE
- Our registration desk is located at the Flea Market venue; you will find the it once you arrive at the unloading zone (https://maps.app.goo.gl/JxnpLMwhHk4AnxmE8)
- Unloading: Please come to Cluster C and park briefly at the designated unloading zone. As you approach from the street, you will see one of our Flea Market team members positioned outside to guide you to the correct unloading and setup area.

📌 What to Do Upon Arrival at Cluster C
- Park at the designated unloading zone and drop off your items / https://maps.app.goo.gl/JxnpLMwhHk4AnxmE8
- Proceed to our Registration Desk, which will be located directly next to the unloading zone, facing the Flea Market area.
- Show your booking reference number to our team during the official setup time from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
- Receive your table receipt/sticker and proceed to select any available table.
- Attach the provided sticker to your chosen table to mark it as reserved.
- Once your table is reserved, bring your items from the unloading zone to your table. Afterwards, please move your car to the Cluster C parking area. RTA parking charges apply. Sufficient parking will be available within walking distance of the Flea Market venue.
- Begin setting up your stall.
