Participation Fee Includes:

✅ One rectangular table
✅ A table cover

✅ Gazebo with integrated lights

Timings:

⏰ Set-up: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
🛍️ Market Hours: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Important Guidelines

Allowed & Prohibited Items:

✔️ Dubai Flea Market is a second-hand market for private individuals to sell their used belongings from home.
Prohibited Items:

❌ NEW ITEMS & AMAZON RETURNS
❌ NEW JEWELRY
Only handmade jewelry and pre-owned/used jewelry are allowed.
Handmade jewelry must have a clearly visible signboard stating “HANDMADE.”
❌ NEW WATCHES
Only pre-owned/used watches are allowed.
Used watches must have a clearly visible signboard stating “USED
❌ Food and beverages
❌ Counterfeit (FAKE) items
❌ Lingerie
❌ Cosmetics & skincare, perfumes, oil etc.
❌ Agricultural goods, Religious Symbols
❌ Vitamins, Supplements, Pills, Vapes

🚨 If a vendor sells prohibited items, their stand will be closed immediately without a refund.

Item Display Rules:

✅ All items must be placed in hard-covered plastic boxes or neat-looking displays
✅ Cartons allowed ONLY at outdoor markets (not indoors)
✅ Luggage`s are not allowed for display purpose anymore
✅ No selling directly on the floor or out of bags
✅ Clothing must not be piled up on tables or in containers

Cancellations & Refunds:

⚠️ Cancellations are only accepted 48 hours before the event with the option of:

• Refund minus 15 AED
• Shifting to a future Flea Market

🚫 Non-shows & last-minute cancellations will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Gazebo Usage:

• The gazebo is for sun protection and for our integrated lights only and cannot be used for hanging any items.
• Gazebos will be placed only if weather conditions allow (no strong wind).

Set-Up Space:

• Items can be placed 0.50m to the right and left of the stall and 1m in front.
• All items must be in proper hard-covered containers (no loose items on the ground).

Registration & Arrival Instructions

Registration Desk Location:

📍 In front of Gate 1 and Gate 2

🚗 Parking:

• Park your car at Gate 1 or Gate 2.
• Paid parking: 10 AED for a full day.

Upon Arrival at the Gate!

🏕️ ZABEEL PARK – VENDOR REGISTRATION & SET-UP
1️⃣ Please arrive at Gate 1 or Gate 2 and stay near our registration desk.
➜ There is no need to push or line up. We will announce the booking numbers from the lowest to the highest.
➜ When your booking number is announced, please proceed to the Registration Desk.

2️⃣ Receive your table sticker & 2 wristbands
Your wristbands allow free entry for 2 vendors.

3️⃣ Select your preferred table inside the park.

4️⃣ Attach your table sticker to the table cover to reserve your table.

5️⃣ Unload and set up your stall.
