The participation fee includes:

🪑 One rectangular table
🧻 A table cover
🪑 Two chairs

Set-Up Timings:
⏰ 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Market Timings:
🛍️ 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

⚠️ IMPORTANT RULES & RESTRICTIONS ⚠️

STRICTLY SECOND-HAND ONLY!
🔴 Only second-hand goods are permitted at Dubai Flea Market. Selling new items will result in immediate stall closure—no exceptions and no refund.
🔴 To give everyone a fair chance to participate, each person is only allowed to book only one table.

Clothes Rails:
📏 Rails must be no longer than 100 cm and no taller than 160 cm (single bar only).
⚖️ One rail per side of the table.

Stall Set-Up:
🚶‍♀️ 50 cm area allowed in front, right, and left of your table.

Note: If any of the above items are sold, your stall will be shut down without a refund.

🔄 CANCELLATION POLICY 🔄

No-shows cannot be refunded or moved to another date.
📅 Cancellations accepted 48 hours before the event for a refund minus 15 AED.
⏳ Last-minute cancellations are not accepted.

🛠️ DISPLAY GUIDELINES 🛠️

✅ Acceptable displays include clothes rails, hard-covered containers, plastic boxes, or baskets.
❌ No luggage or cartons as displays—please keep it neat!
🧹 Set-up must be tidy—please ensure all items are organized and visually appealing.

🚗 Arriving at the Mall: 🚗

Vendor Parking & Setup Instructions:

✅ With trolley or heavy items:
Please drive to the backside of the mall and proceed to the unloading zone. From there, you can access the mall via the service lift.

✅ With light items (luggage/boxes only):
Park at LuLu parking and take any nearby elevator to the first floor. Walk towards the food court, where your table will be located.
Use the visitor escalator if needed to reach your designated floor.

🔖 Table Allocation
Each table is clearly marked with a sticker showing your pre-booked stall number, making it easy for you to locate your spot.
