🕐 Timings

• Setup: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

• Market open: 3:00 PM – 09:30 PM

📏 Display Rules

• Max display area:

  • 50 cm to the left and right of the table

  • 1 meter to the front

• No luggage or cartons as display items

• Only neat-looking, hard-covered plastic boxes allowed

• Clothes rails (if used):

  • Max length: 180 cm

  • Max height: 160 cm

  • Only one rail per side, single bar only

❌ Strictly Prohibited

• New or fake items

• Food, cosmetics, skin care, pills, supplements, vapes, perfumes oils, agricultural goods

• Selling any of the above results in immediate disqualification with NO refund

💸 Cancellation Policy

• Cancel at least 48 hours before event for:

  • Refund minus AED 15, OR

  • Option to shift booking to another date

• No-shows or late cancellations = No refund

📍 Arrival Instructions

1. Park at any surrounding free parking

2. Go to the registration desk (red gazebo near kids play area)

3. Show your 4–digit booking reference

4. Receive your table sticker

5. Choose any available table and stick the provided sticker on it

6. Begin setup
