🕐 Timings

• Setup: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

• Market open: 4:00 PM – 09:30 PM

📏 Display Rules

• Max display area:

  • 50 cm to the left and right of the table

  • 1 meter to the front

• No luggage or cartons as display items

• Only neat-looking, hard-covered plastic boxes allowed

• Clothes rails (if used):

  • Max length: 180 cm

  • Max height: 160 cm

  • Only one rail per side, single bar only

❌ Strictly Prohibited

• New or fake items

• Food, cosmetics, skin care, pills, supplements, vapes, perfumes oils, agricultural goods

• Selling any of the above results in immediate disqualification with NO refund

💸 Cancellation Policy

• Cancel at least 48 hours before event for:

  • Refund minus AED 15, OR

  • Option to shift booking to another date

• No-shows or late cancellations = No refund

📍 Arrival Instructions

1. Please arrive at our designated unloading zone near the Flea Market area, where our gazebos will be set up. You may drop off your items at the unloading zone.

   Once unloaded, you can park in any of the nearby community parking lots. Kindly note that paid parking will be enforced by the Community starting from 15 January 2026.

2. Go to the registration desk (red gazebo near kids play area)

3. Show your 5-digit booking reference

4. Receive your table sticker

5. Choose any available table and stick the provided sticker on it

6. Begin setup
