Signing the social media consent form is MANDATORY to be able to participate at THE B1!

• A maximum display area of 50 cm is allowed at the front, left, and right side of the table.

Please ensure compliance to maintain an organized and fair setup.

• Display Restrictions:

  • Luggage and cartons are NOT allowed for display purposes and further displays mentioned during the booking process.
  • Only hard-covered plastic boxes or other neat-looking displays are permitted.

  • Clothes Rails:

    • Maximum length: 100 cm | Maximum height: 160 cm.
    • Only one rail per side of the table is allowed.
    • Single bar only.

• Strict Ban on Selling New and Fake Items:

  • Selling new and fake items is strictly prohibited.
  • Violation will result in immediate disqualification on-site without a refund.

⚠️ If a vendor is found selling any of the above-mentioned goods, their stand will be closed immediately without a refund.

📌 IMPORTANT CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations are only accepted up to 48 hours before the Flea Market date.
• Vendors can choose a refund minus 15 AED or the option to shift to an upcoming Flea Market.
• No-shows will not be refunded.
• Last-minute cancellations will not be accepted.

• There’s NO NEED to check in at the registration desk upon arrival.
  Please proceed directly to your pre-booked stall — table numbers will be clearly marked for easy identification.

🚗 Arriving at the Mall: 🚗

1. Stop your car at our unloading zone at the area Gate 2, unload your items quickly, then proceed to the designated car parking.
2. Entrance: Enter the mall through any of the entrances, which are easily accessible from the parking area.
3. Proceed directly to your pre-booked stall, table numbers will be clearly displayed for easy identification.
4. Begin setting up your second hand treasures!
