📌 IMPORTANT CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations are only accepted up to 48 hours before the Flea Market date.
• Vendors can choose a refund minus 15 AED or the option to shift to an upcoming Flea Market.
• No-shows will not be refunded.
• Last-minute cancellations will not be accepted.

📌 What to Do Upon Arrival at Al Khail Gate Park

1. Park your car at the designated unloading zone. Our team will guide you upon arrival.

2. Unload your items, then move your car to any community parking area.
   ⏱️ First 2 hours are free, each additional hour costs AED 5.

3. After parking, proceed to the registration desk located in the red gazebo at the park entrance.

4. Collect your table sticker and enter the park.

5. Choose any available stall and place the sticker on the table to mark it as reserved.

6. Begin setting up your stall.
