I confirm that I will be selling only second-hand or handcrafted items, in full accordance with the Flea Market’s guidelines. I understand that the sale of new or counterfeit items is strictly prohibited. If I am found to be in violation of these rules, I accept that the organizers reserve the right to immediately close my stall without any refund.

I agree to follow all setup and organizational guidelines provided by the event organizers. This includes not using luggage for display purposes. I will use only proper boxes or approved display items and will avoid overcrowding my stall, as the display space is limited. I am also aware that storing items behind the table is not permitted—only the space underneath the table may be used for storage. If my setup exceeds the allocated space or does not comply with these rules, I agree to cooperate fully with the organizers in adjusting the arrangement as needed.

I commit to keeping my stall clean, tidy, and well-organized throughout the event. At the end of the market, I will ensure that all trash is properly collected, and I will not leave any waste behind. I also commit to taking my own trash home for appropriate recycling.

ORANGE TABLES ARE RESERVED EXCLUSIVELY FOR INDIVIDUAL SELLERS AND CANNOT BE REQUESTED BY REGULAR VENDORS. THESE TABLES ARE INTENDED ONLY FOR VENDORS SELLING ITEMS FROM PRIVATE HOUSEHOLDS.

Fill in your details and upload a photo of your items so we can assess if they fit the market’s product mix.
Submit your request.

What Happens Next?

If accepted, you’ll receive an email from booking@dubai-fleamarket.com with a link to complete your booking.
⚠️ Please note: The link is valid for 24 hours. After that, your requested table will no longer be available for booking.
If rejected, it may be due to limited space or because the items you plan to sell do not fit the current product mix.
We aim to maintain a thrilling and diverse variety of products at the flea market to continuously attract visitors and offer a unique experience.

Outdoor Event Policy Update:

In case of last-minute cancellation of outdoor events due to authority restrictions, all table bookings will be converted into a full-value credit voucher.

These vouchers have no expiry, are fully transferable, and include priority booking for future events.
