📌 IMPORTANT CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations are only accepted up to 48 hours before the Flea Market date.
• Vendors can choose a refund minus 15 AED or the option to shift to an upcoming Flea Market.
• No-shows will not be refunded.
• Last-minute cancellations will not be accepted.

📌 What to Do Upon Arrival at The Agenda

🚚 There is a designated drop-off zone at the backside of The Agenda. Our marshals will guide you there once you arrive at the venue.
⏳ As access from the backside directly into the hall is limited, you will need to line up until it is your turn to unload.
🛒 We offer a free trolley service to assist you with unloading and transporting your items to your table.
🅿️ Once you have unloaded, please park your car in the underground parking (vendors only).
🕓 Parking is free for 4 hours. After 4 hours, you will need to exit and re-enter to receive another 4 hours free.

🚪 Upon entering:
📍 Go directly to your pre-reserved table (each table is clearly marked with a number sticker)
🔧 Begin your setup
