The participation fee includes:

🪑 One rectangular table
🧻 A table cover
🪑 Two chairs

Set-Up Timings:
⏰ 12:00 PM – 02:00 AM
Market Timings:
🛍️ 02:00 PM – 09:30 PM

⚠️ IMPORTANT RULES & RESTRICTIONS ⚠️

STRICTLY SECOND-HAND ONLY!
🔴 Only second-hand goods are permitted at Dubai Flea Market. Selling new items will result in immediate stall closure—no exceptions and no refund.
🔴 To give everyone a fair chance to participate, each person is only allowed to book only one table.

Clothes Rails:
📏 Rails must be no longer than 100 cm and no taller than 160 cm (single bar only)
⚖️ One rail per side of the table.

👍We recommend using an IKEA clothing rail for your setup.

Stall Set-Up:
🚶‍♀️ 50 cm area allowed in front, right, and left of your table, maximum 1m to the front.

Note: If any of the above items are sold, your stall will be shut down without a refund.

🔄 CANCELLATION POLICY 🔄

No-shows cannot be refunded or moved to another date.
📅 Cancellations accepted 48 hours before the event for a refund minus 15 AED.
⏳ Last-minute cancellations are not accepted.

🛠️ DISPLAY GUIDELINES 🛠️

✅ Acceptable displays include clothes rails, hard-covered containers, plastic boxes, or baskets.
❌ No luggage or cartons as displays—please keep it neat!
🧹 Set-up must be tidy—please ensure all items are organized and visually appealing.

🚗 Arriving at Al Hudaiba Mall:

Vendor Parking & Setup Instructions:

🅿️ Please park in the mall’s free basement parking
🛒Using a trolley? Head to the service lift from the basement for direct access into the mall.
✅ Only have luggage or boxes? Use the visitor escalator to reach the floor where your pre-reserved table is located.
🏃‍♂️ Head directly to your pre-registered table, where a sticker with your table number will be waiting.
🔖 Each table is marked with a sticker showing your pre-booked stall number to help you find your spot easily.
❗ No need to stop by the registration desk.
