One table with cover, two chairs and a gazebo in sunny areas.
The participation fee includes:
One rectangular table
A table cover
Two chairs
A gazebo in sunny areas ONLY serving as a sun shade.
Items can be placed 0.50m to the right and left side of the stall and 1m in front in proper hard covered containers only.
The registraion desk is located in front of Gate 2
Park your car at Gate 2 and come to the registration desk which is located in front of the Gate.
Set up timing: 3.00pm – 4.30pm

What to o once you arrive at the Gate:
Park your car at the paid car parking / 10Dhs full day. Come to the registration desk to get yourself registerd by receiving the table receipt and two wristbands to enter the Park free of charge.
After receiving the table receipt, enter the Park and choose your table and stick the receipt on it.
Start unloading your items and set up.
