ONLY HARD COVERED PLASTIC BOXES OR OTHER NEAT LOOKING DISPLAYS.
Clothes rails must not exceed 100cm lenght & 160cm in height, only placing one each side of the table is allowed!
SELLING NEW ITEMS LEADS TO DISQUALIFICATION ON SITE WITHOUT ANY REFUND!!!
STALL WILL BE CLOSED DOWN IMMEDIATELY – NO EXCEPTIONS FOR SELLING NEW ITEMS!
MORE PROHIBITED ITEMS: NEW ITEMS, FOOD, FAKE ITEMS, LINGERIE, COSMETICS, PARFUMS, VAPES.
If a vendor is selling the above mentioned goods, the stand will be closed without any refund.
IMPORTANT: Cancellations will be only accepted 48h prior the Flea Market date with the option of a refund minus 15Dhs or the option to shift to any of our upcoming Flea Markets. Non-shows will not be refunded. Last minute cancellations will not be accepted.
SET UP SPACE: Items can be placed 0.50cm to the right and left side of the stall and 50cm in front in proper HARD COVERED CONTAINERS (but no cartons, no luggage’s) OR PLASTIC BOXES!

1 Meter CLOTHES RAIL ONLY ALLOWED PER TABLE SITE / single bar.
THE SET UP SHOULD BE CLEAN AND NEAT – WE DO NOT ACCEPT PILING UP CLOTHES ON THE TABLE NOR IN LUGGAGE’S.
ALL ITEMS SHOULD BE DISPLAYED PROPERLY IN BOXES.
YOUR SET UP MUST BE COMPLETED BY 11AM MY THE MALL MANAGEMENT! AFTER 11AM NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO PLACE FURTHER ITEMS ON THE STALL.
REGISTRATION DESK:
Our registration desk is located inside the Mall. Park your car at the free of charge outside car parking at Gate 2. Enter the mall via the regular Mall entrance which you will reach easily from the Gate 2 car parking, there you will find our registration desk.

What to do once you arrive at the the car parking Gate 2:
Park your car parking Gate 2, there you will find 4 direct accesses to the Mall.
Enter the Mall there you will find our registration desk located at the center of the Mall Entrances, show your 5 digit booking ref. no.
After receiving the table receipt, choose any table, stick the sticker on the chosen table and start your set up.
Further instructions will follow via email once booking is submitted.
