Clothes rails should not exceed 100 cm length & 160cm height, single bar. One rail each side of the table.
Set up area 50cm to the front, right and left side of your table!

STALL WILL BE CLOSED DOWN IMMEDIATELY – NO EXCEPTIONS FOR SELLING NEW ITEMS!

If a vendor is selling the above mentioned goods, the stand will be closed without any refund.
IMPORTANT: NON SHOW CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR SHIFTED!
Cancellations will be only accepted 48h prior the Flea Market date with the option of a refund minus 15Dhs.
Last minute cancellations will not be accepted.

NO LUGGAGE’S OR CARTONS ARE ALLOWED TO BE USED AS DISPLAYS!
THE SET UP SHOULD BE CLEAN AND NEAT – WE DO NOT ACCEPT PILING UP CLOTHES!
ALL ITEMS SHOULD BE CONSTANTLY ORGANIZED BY THE VENDOR TO ENSURE A NEAT LOOK AND FEEL OF THE MARKET!
REGISTRATION DESK:
Located inside the Mall on the first floor in front of NESTO.
Park your car at any level of the Reef Mall car parking. Take the escalator up to the first floor, walk towards NESTO, there you will find our registration desk and the Flea Market stalls.

What to do once you arrive at the the car parking of the Mall:
Park your car at the designated vendor car parking at Basement 3, there you will find direct access to the SERVICE escalator which takes you straight up to the registration on the first floor near NESTO.
Walk towards NESTO there you will find our registration desk, show your 5 digit booking reference no.
The tables are set up on the first and second floor on first come first serve basis.
After receiving the table receipt, choose any table, stick the sticker on the chosen table and start your set up.
Further instructions will follow via email once booking is submitted.
