Set up timings:    01:00pm –  03:00pm
Market timings:  03:00pm –  10:00pm

STRICTLY SECOND HAND ONLY!

VERY STRICT SETUP RULES APPLY!

• A maximum display area of 50 cm is allowed to left, and right side of the table and 1m to the front.

Please ensure compliance to maintain an organized and fair setup.

• Display Restrictions:

  • Luggage`s are NOT allowed for display purposes anymore and further prohibited displays mentioned during the booking process.
  • Only hard-covered plastic boxes or other neat-looking displays are permitted.

• Clothes Rails:

  • Maximum length: 180 cm | Maximum height: 160 cm.
  • Only one rail per side of the table is allowed.
  • Single bar only.

• Strict Ban on Selling New and Fake Items:

  • Selling new and fake items is strictly prohibited.
  • Violation will result in immediate disqualification on-site without a refund.

PROHIBITED ITEMS 

The following items are strictly prohibited:

❌ Food
❌ Counterfeit (fake) items
❌ Lingerie
❌ Cosmetics & skincare products
❌ Perfumes
❌ Vapes

⚠️ If a vendor is found selling any of the above-mentioned goods, their stand will be closed immediately without a refund.

📌 IMPORTANT CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations are only accepted up to 48 hours before the Flea Market date.
• Vendors can choose a refund minus 15 AED or the option to shift to an upcoming Flea Market.
• No-shows will not be refunded.
• Last-minute cancellations will not be accepted.

📍 REGISTRATION DESK INFORMATION

• Our registration desk is located at the Flea Market area inside a blue or red gazebo.
• Parking: Park your car free of charge at any of the surrounded car parking in front of the Mall.
• Entrance: Enter the Flea Market area which is easily accessible from the surrounded parking area.

📌 What to Do Upon Arrival at the Parking

1. Park your car at any of the surrounded car parking, where you will find four direct access points to the Flea Market set up
2. Proceed to our registration desk, located at a red or blue gazebo at the Flea Market set up area.
3. Show your 5-digit booking reference number to the staff.
4. Receive your table receipt and proceed to choose any available table.
5. Stick the provided sticker onto your chosen table to mark it as reserved.
6. Begin your setup.
