The participation fee includes:
One rectangular table
A table cover
Two chairs
Gazebo with light (It is not allowed to hang anykind of items on the gazebo)
Set up timing: 01.00pm – 03.00pm
Market timings: 03.00pm – 10.00pm
DUBAI FLEA MARKET IS A SECOND HAND MARKET FOR USED BELONGINGS!
SELLING FAKE ITEMS, VAPES, FOOD, COSMETICS AND PARFUMS ARE PROHIBITED!
If a vendor is selling the above mentioned goods, the stand will be closed without any refund.
IMPORTANT: Cancellations will be only accepted 48h prior the Flea Market date with the option of a refund minus 15Dhs or the option to shift to any of our upcoming Flea Markets. Non-shows will not be refunded or shifted. Last minute cancellations will not be accepted.
GAZEBO: Serves purely as a sunshade and to implement the lighting and cannot be used for hanging any kind of items.
The gazebo will be placed on each table if the weather conditions are mild and there is no wind due to safety.
Items can be placed 0.50m to the right and left side of the stall and 1m in front in proper hard covered containers only.
REGISTRATION DESK:
The registration desk is located directly at the venue, once you arrive you will see it close to the portable bathroom container.
Park your car at the nearest car parking around the buildings and come to the registration desk.
Keep your 5-digit registration number ready.

What to do once you arrive at the Flea Market venue:
Park your car at the surrounded free car parking of the buildings, come to the registration desk to get yourself registered by receiving the table sticker with your table nr choose any table you like via first come first serve basis and place the sticker on the table cover of your chosen table to be reserved for you. Then start your set up!
Placing the table sticker is mandatory to reserve the table!
