The participation fee includes:
One rectangular table
A table cover
Two chairs
A gazebo with light (It is not allowed to use the gazebo as a rail, as hanging anything on it is strictly prohibited)
Set up timings: 2pm – 4pm
Market timings: 4pm – 10pm

SETUP RULES GUIDELINES
- A maximum display area of 50 cm is allowed at the left and right side and 1m in front of the table.
Please ensure compliance to maintain an organized and fair setup.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following items are strictly prohibited:

❌ Food
❌ Counterfeit (fake) items
❌ Lingerie
❌ Cosmetics & skincare, perfumes
❌ Agricultural goods & Vapes
❌ Vitamins, supplements
⚠️ If a vendor is found selling any of the above-mentioned goods, their stand will be closed immediately without a refund.
📌 IMPORTANT CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations are only accepted up to 48 hours before the Flea Market date.
- Vendors can choose a refund minus 15 AED or the option to shift to an upcoming Flea Market.
- No-shows will not be refunded.
- Last-minute cancellations will not be accepted.
📍 REGISTRATION DESK INFORMATION
- Our registration desk is located inside the Park on your left hand side.
- Parking: Park your car free of charge car parking in front of the Park
- Entrance: Enter the Park / Main Gate No.1, which is easily accessible from the parking area.
- You will find our registration desk inside the Park.

📌 What to Do Upon Arrival at Gate 1 Parking at Al Barsha Pond Park
- Park your car at Gate 1.
- Enter the Park, and proceed to our registration desk.
- Show your 5-digit booking reference number to the staff.
- Receive your table receipt and proceed to choose any available table.
- Stick the provided sticker onto your chosen table to mark it as reserved.
- Begin your setup.
